At the same time we will take a look at data available from the annual NAR Profile of Home Buyers & Sellers report to learn more about today’s real estate consumer. Lastly we will look at 3 common complaints by consumers and develop processes to address those complaints. When you can understand what the consumer values most you can deliver exceptional service that will have them coming back for more.

In this session we will discuss market drivers, the impact they have on real estate and sources of information you can adapt for your business. You will learn the key components of a business plan and have the opportunity to begin the goal setting process. In addition you’ll discover tips for putting components of your plan together to reach your goals. You’ll review where your clients came from in the past and where they may come from in the future. You’ll identify new and effective ways to reach potential clients. We will also address time and budget management.

Mind Your Own Business
Many REALTORS® get in the business with bright eyes and believe the business will simply flow their way. Finances are seldom a major concern of real estate professionals new to the business. This course is designed to better prepare the REALTOR® for the financial roller coaster of a real estate business. This course is also designed to give you the tools to “mind your own business.”

Negotiating ES-sentials
From driving on the road to closing a real estate transaction, life forces us to call upon the skills of negotiation. Through trial-and-error, we generate life experiences that give us insight into what works and what doesn’t work.  This course will sharpen the ES-sential skills needed to better understand personalities and communication traits of individuals in order to be a more successful negotiator.

Something’s Gotta Give
“OMG! There isn’t enough hours in the day!” Who of us hasn’t had that thought? This course is designed to address the very issue of time management. The student will learn about topics like task vs. time management, delegation to the L.P.C.P., creating and implementing systems, the 3 things that should be done when they are at their best and more.

Today’s real estate consumer is unlike any you have likely seen. With each new generation, a different set of challenges appear. Throw in a variety of personality styles and you have a situation that can make even the best real estate professional go just a bit crazy. This fast paced, highly-interactive course will address generational concerns and teach you how to identify the generations in a variety of ways. You will also have the opportunity to take a deeper look at four different prevalent personality/behavior styles. Have you ever laughed in a CE class? You will in this one. Better yet, you will remember what you learned and how to apply it.

Stay Out of Jail & Succeed in Real Estate
This course is a bountiful buffet of the general topics that real estate professionals find themselves in trouble for most often. The course ranges from review of Agency & Fair Housing (state specific of course) to introduction to RESPA & Restina Laws. The students are introduced to Identity Theft issues and laws concerning business practices. This course also includes an overview of Do Not Call and CAN-SPAM laws. The course is fast paced, interactive and utilizes a variety of media approaches to deliver the message. Who knows, you just might be a “Real Estate Deputy.”
