Dwayne has been a REALTOR® since 2002 and a trainer since 2004. Prior to entering real estate, he was a project manager and technical trainer in the Information Technology industry for more than 15 years.
In addition, Dwayne serves as an Education Consultant to the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS® and the REALTORS® Association of the Sioux Empire (Sioux Falls, SD).
Dwayne began training NAR courses in 2005 and has also developed and trained courses on a variety topics.
